In 2024, the Foundation supported LightHouse of Hope Sarawak in the establishment of STEM learning hubs across multiple districts in Sarawak. The initiative aims to broaden access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education for students in underserved communities, empowering future generations through knowledge, innovation, and opportunity.

Contribution Overview

A total of RM200,000 was contributed towards the development of STEM hubs and educational learning centres in schools. Designed to encourage hands-on learning and digital literacy, these hubs equip students with future-ready skills while fostering greater interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Impact

The initiative empowers students with essential STEM knowledge and future-ready capabilities, enabling them to thrive in an increasingly knowledge-driven economy. By expanding access to quality educational resources in underserved regions, it also contributes towards narrowing educational disparities and creating more inclusive opportunities for learning and advancement.
