A Surety is an individual who agrees to undertake legal and financial responsibility in the event that the scholarship recipient does not fulfil the terms and conditions of the Scholarship Agreement.
The Surety must be a Malaysian citizen who is above 21 years of age and gainfully employed.
The applicant’s parents, legal guardians, or relatives may serve as a Surety, provided they satisfy the eligibility requirements.
